Day 15

Gonna get a quick post in before I'm off to work. Just wanted to share a couple neat videos with you guys.

This is an awesome instrument, the string bass:


And if anyone knows what this instrument is, let me know:

It's some medieval instrument and I like it a lot.

    The second instrument is actually called a Hurdy Gurdy :P It's basically a crankshaft violin. I found out about them when i started listening to Arcade Fire. They're an ok band, listen to "keep the car running", that's the song that has a hurdy gurdy track :) Bass vid was awesome :)

    A crankshaft violin? It looks like a combination of a weapon and an instrument, and the name doesn't help that. :P

    Its called a Hurdy Gurdy. Its actually a really cool instrument it works by basically spinning the string of the instrument.
